Aerial
Natasha is a certified Aerial Instructor specializing in aerial lyra (hoop) and aerial sling (hammock). Natasha teaches classes and private lessons at Kama Fly Fitness in Manchester, NH.
What is aerial?
Aerial is a blend of fitness and artistry. It uses suspended apparatuses like hoops and silks to build strength, flexibility, and grace through movement in mid-air.
Instructor Bio
Natasha fell in love with aerial arts in 2018 after taking a few introductory classes, despite having no prior background in fitness or athletics. What began as curiosity quickly grew into a dedicated weekly practice. Over the years, she explored multiple apparatuses before finding her true connection with aerial lyra and hammock. Through consistent training, Natasha advanced her skills and developed a style rooted in fluidity, strength, and intentional movement.
In June 2023, Natasha completed the Intro to Teaching Aerials certification through Nimble Arts at the New England Center for Circus Arts in Brattleboro, VT. Since then, she has taught group classes, led private lessons, and facilitated specialty workshops, including Hoop in Heels and an Aerial Coffin workshop featuring a custom-built coffin-shaped apparatus. Whether in class or workshop settings, Natasha emphasizes clean technique, body awareness, and seamless transitions to help students unlock their personal flow.
With a focus on safety, empowerment, and creative expression, Natasha brings passion and intention to every class she teaches, holding space for students to grow in strength, artistry, and confidence.
