Floating Aerial Sound Bath

Next Event TBA

Embark on a transformative journey with Natasha Dominguez of Alchemy for the Soul at the Kama Fly Fitness aerial studio in the Waumbec Mill in Manchester, NH, where sound healing takes flight.

Immerse yourself in a one-of-a-kind Floating Aerial Sound Bath Experience, where you'll have the rare chance to float in an aerial hammock throughout the session. The sensation of lying or sitting in an aerial hammock is akin to being cradled in a gentle, weightless cocoon of fabric, offering relaxation and freedom.

Surrender to deep relaxation as the soothing sounds of sacred instruments envelop you as you float through a cosmic symphony. As the sound bath concludes, you'll emerge from your cocoon rejuvenated, having set a profound new intention amplified by the healing vibrations of sound and the support of gravity.

  • Rest assured, Natasha is a certified and insured practitioner of sound healing and vibrational therapy and an insured aerial instructor.

  • Please review the FAQs below. If you have additional questions, please get in touch with Natasha at natasha@alchemyforthesoul.life

FAQs

How strong is the hammock?/ Is there a weight limit?

Aerial hammocks are made from high-quality nylon tricot fabric that has been tested for strength and durability. The rigging points and fabrics are made to support the weight and force of acrobatic performances, which are rated over 3,000 lbs. There is no weight limit!

What should I bring?

You are not required to bring anything other than an open mind! Below are my suggestions:

  • Bring a water bottle—Hydration is always important, especially after a sound bath! Water bottles are sold at the studio for $1 cash or Venmo.

  • Consider bringing an eye mask to help you reach a deeper state of relaxation. The studio has large west-facing windows overlooking the Merrimack River.

  • If you get chilly, feel free to bring a cozy blanket or small pillow with you into your hammock cocoon.

  • You can also bring any personal sacred talismans or crystals. (I love a Selenite wand on the mat under the hammock as you float.)

How will I get in and out of the hammock?

Natasha is a certified and insured aerial instructor! She will demonstrate and assist you with safely entering and exiting the hammock. You can lay down or sit within it, or lie on the mat underneath, with only your feet floating in the hammock.

Is this aerial yoga?

This is not an aerial yoga class. During the sound bath, we will simply use the aerial hammock to deepen our meditation. If you are interested in aerial classes or private lessons, please inquire with Natasha.

Where is the studio?

This event is held at the Kama Fly Fitness aerial studio within the Waumbec Mill in Manchester, NH. The full address and directions can be found here.

What should I wear?

Clothing should be fitted and comfortable. Avoid anything that can damage the integrity of the fabric—no snaps, hooks, zippers, or sequin material. Please leave jewelry at home.

Do you burn incense or sage?

I do not burn incense, candles, sage, or other herbs during my sound baths at Kama Fly Fitness.

How do I get tickets?
