5:45 PM - 6:00 PM - Doors Open

Doors open 15 mins before the event. Check-in at the door with your full name (no need to show ticket.) Pick anywhere on the floor to set up. An electronic waiver form will be sent to your email the week of the event for convenience, but a QR code will be available the day of. To respect the participants' time and experience, the doors will be locked at precisely 6:00, and nobody will be allowed entry once the Sound Bath has begun.

7:15 PM - 7:30 PM - Welcome Back

After the Sound Bath has ended, I will gently welcome you back to reality. Use this time to center yourself. Indulge in some dark chocolate to help ground you before you venture off into your evening.
